Returns Policy
To make life simple for you and to provide you with adequate reassurance, we don’t have a fixed return period.

Instead, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you can initiate a return request at any time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. These ensure that we can assess the item properly and in its entirety, come up with the appropriate remedy, and help us identify the right customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item after you returned it to us, and let you know if you are assessed to be eligible for a refund. If so, you will be given the option to obtain a refund on your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Alternatively, if you are assessed to be eligible for a refund, you may request for an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to opt for an exchange, we will provide you with a new item in lieu of a refund.
